We’re pretty fans of this place and have been since we discovered this little gas station connected hole in the wall gem.
The prices skyrocketed in the last year, as expected, but the quality hasn’t changed.
The salad has a light tangy dressing that is just delightful and paler cleansing.
I usually get the noodles but forgot to sub last time.
I also really love the teriyaki pork but the charred chicken is too good not to get so I get both.

Amaaaazing Teriyaki Chicken, cooked and charred to perfection!! Not dry, Not overly Charred, just perfect. I got the Lunch Special Chicken Teriyaki, it’s reasonably priced and great portions, I couldn’t finish, (I wanted to) but glad I have leftovers.
The service was also amazing, I believe her name is Ululani, she’s the best! So sweet and quick! The inside is really nice too, it’s clean and there’s some lush plants by the counter.
They also have a drive through! I called my order in to pick up, and that was easy and quick, the drive through also seemed prompt and quick as well. Will definitely come back :)
I've been on a teriyaki kick lately... However, in Spokane and in the surrounding area(s), it's tough to find the Holy Trinity of teriyaki: good, cheap, and plentiful. Let me clarify, I'm not talking about fine dining teriyaki at a destination Japanese restaurant, but reasonably healthy "fast casual" teriyaki. You know, the kind you find on every block all over the west side. Teriyaki Spice comes pretty damn close to that standard. That's not to say there aren't other good options in Airway Heights but Teriyaki Spice comes the closest to the kind of joint you find from Fort Lewis to Ballard in terms of style and price. Don't let the fact that it is in a gas station fool you.
The food tastes great for a fast food place. Portions are great. It is not expensive, pricing is more than fair. Good place to get teriyaki in Spokane.
