Gerardo's Authentic Mexican Food

Always delicious. Always fresh. Gerardo’s is always good - some of the best Mexican cuisine in the greater Spokane area. Chicken tacos, machaca breakfast burrito or fish tacos are all at the top of my list. This location is clean, service is excellent and except at lunch time, the wait is never very long. Highly recommended.

Food isn't bad. Service is pretty good. It's pretty good. It's not amazing, but the reviews are funny. "My girlfriend burned her mouth on hot sauce", to "windows are dirty". It's nowhere near five stars, but pretty good. You don't go there for fine dining and if you burn your mouth on salsa, stick with burgers. It's basic Mexican food and about it. Nothing to rave over. But still, pretty respectable.

Only ever done take out but been doing it for a year and we are big fans of this place. Shredded chicken burrito and beans and rice are our go to but other things we have tried are also delicious. Cashier is always friendly and it's super fast for take out. Definitely recommend.

Amazing place to eat, not fancy just good food!
Very accommodating for dairy allergy and the portions are huge!
This will be our go-to when craving Mexican food.
PS We've been here 3 years and this is the only place we've found with good salsa.

I do not often give a restaurant 5 stars on the food alone; however, this has got to be some of the best Mexican Grill I have had in a couple of years to be sure. The cashier lady was very friendly and the food arrived piping hot in a generous portion.
I implore you to not pass through Cheney without treating yourself to the best food in town.
