They have great food and wonderful waitresses definitely a good hometown feel the patrons are pretty nicebigger but definitely one of the better bars
Had an impromptu gathering of 7 people for my brothers birthday and had an amazing time! Food was fantastic, drinks ice cold and great service! We have all been back numerous times since! Would recommend to everyone as the menu is so versatile.
Staff are inviting and friendly! Food is great and responsible! Establishment is clean and cozy!! What more can you ask for in a business?!.. love this place!!! 😀
Cinola is a great place to relax and have a beverage of your choice. The food is good, but a little over priced in my opinion. Prime rib on Friday’s. If they have left over prime rib, they do prime rib dip sandwiches which are fantastic. Great pizza as well. The manager, Heather is an awesome bartender/waitress. She always has a pleasant attitude and a great smile. The other bartenders/waitresses are nice as well. One side of the building is the bar and the other side is the restaurant which is kid friendly. They have darts, one pool table, touch tunes for music, and pull tabs. They also have a nice patio. Overall very clean. Great regulars to have conversations with.
Now to the reason it’s not a full five star review. The owner and her husband are not pleasant people. The owner will walk out of the backroom and look at patrons and not say a word, won’t even smile. She will address problems with her employees in a very rudely way in front of the whole bar. Which is uncomfortable for the guests and is embarrassing for the employees. She tries to do too much and micromanages her manager/other employees. Her husband has an absolute p*$$ poor attitude. He is very uninviting when he is walking around “working”. On multiple occasions I have witnessed him talk down to the manager and the employees, yell at them to help him when they are CLEARLY taking orders from patrons. He will sit at the bar and take up a seat to enjoy a few cups of free soup and a sandwich while the employees are running their heads off. He just sits back and watches them get swamped in work. When the owner and her husband are done working, they sit at the bar when it’s busy and eat/drink. Most people don’t like taking up a whole table by themselves but have to because the owner and her husband are bellied up to the bar eating and drinking. I feel that is the wrong way to run your business. Pam and Don should be ashamed. Maybe help your employees with work when they are swamped, as they are making YOU money. End of rant.
I’m not trying to steer people away from this bar/restaurant as I’ve enjoyed it for years and still enjoy it. But Pam and Don need to change their ways.
Good food and great drinks. The staff is kind and welcoming. One of a kind bar and one of the oldest owned by same person bars in the Spokane area. The management is kind and really likes to make sure everyone is well taken care of. I have been coming in for 7-8 years and this is one of my favorite local places. Check it out!
