River City Pizza

GF crust was really good and the medium sized pizza was larger than what other pizza places I have tried offer.

Ordered online at 4pm, website said 515 delivery. At 530 we called, were told short staffed and pizza was sitting there but no one to deliver. No apologies. Called at 545 to cancel, they said delivery person just left 5min ago. Staff was rude and no apologies again. 6pm driver shows up, pizza is not hot or fresh. No apologies from delivery driver. No refund, no one even cared. Pizza was good, but after spending $40 on 2 pizzas for very late delivery and no one seemed to care this was sadly the last time we will order. We want to support local businesses but not if the business doesn't show any care for its customer when they dropped the ball. We didn't even have time to eat because it was so late and we had somewhere to be.

Tried the River city out in Otis orchards as our local one in the valley ran out of some things. We got the gluten-free Hawaiian, bbq chicken, cowboy, taco and steak fajita pizza. This is a celiac household and the 3rd time getting pizza from River City and no cross contamination. Its very impressive! The quality of the food is always amazing and they make sure they can do it dairy free too. They don't have a vegan cheese as an option currently but might be something in the future.

As an Otis Orchard resident, we have eaten many, many pizzas from River City and have never been disappointed! They have so many combinations to choose from and completely load it up with toppings. Some of my personal faves include the Philly Cheese, John’s Special, and Mac & Cheese pizzas. We have also tried the wings with every sauce (think “sweet and sour” for garlic chili) as well as the peach dessert calzone. Love to treat ourselves every once in a while at this place - totally worth the price!
