Dragon Garden Chinese Restaurant

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and they have gone through some changes throughout the years, but they are back to making great food. This is one of the few places in town that I have found that make their sweet and sour chicken differently than most places, and it's my favorite. I have never had a bad dish here, but I do miss the little tiramisu cakes they would give you after every meal. The restaurant itself hasn't changed at all and it's not the most appealing inside, and since it also has a bar area, you sometimes have to listen to and see intoxicated people, but all in all it is not too bad. I've only ever seen one waiter/waitress working at a time, so if it is busy, you sometimes have to wait a while, but they do a good job of keeping up.

Only place left that serves the veg chow mein with crispy noodles. Almond chicken is perfect.

As someone who lives in Spokane as a vegetarian, loves Chinese food, and has tried several places in Spokane and Spokane Valley this place is unique in the large amount of vegetarian and substitution options. I loved the sweet and sour tofu! Most of the menu entrees had tofu substitution options. My waitress was great and very friendly. Very good vide for a small family or couple. It does have limited seating so on a busy day it may be hard to get in. If you like Chinese good this is a great place to try! One thing to keep in mind is that even though there is service the food takes awhile to get to the table so don't expect this place to serve a quick meal.

What a absolutely turn around. LOVE this place all over again. The food, the service, the waitress, the time it took to get our food of 3 was so perfect... My family and I have been coming here for years. Before we left in 2020 we started looking elsewhere for Chinese food due to the food just was not good nor the price. It was sad and heartbreaking. We have moved back this year 2022 and we had to give this place a try before we go search for a good Chinese restaurant IT WAS THE BEST DECISION 👌 TRUST me you Will not be disappointed or want to go anywhere els. Even the bar was having a great time, we could hear people enjoying it in there. So with all that ( Mica) our waitress was HANDS down professional, friendly, kind. She likes her job and it shows. Keep the smile girl. Thank you for serving my family. We enjoyed the new look, the new food. The new layout over all.
