Drunky's Junkyard BBQ

Amazing Brisket sandwich, will definitely be back on all my business/personal trips to Spokane. Also one of the tastiest hot bbq sauces I’ve ever had.

This newer Spokane Valley eatery might seem like a weird spot for a family dinner with kids, but it was fantastic! The kids loved sitting at the repurposed truck bed tables and looking at the old cars.

The food was really good with the brisket standing out as the best meat we had. Brisket was tender, with a nice firm crust, but still moist enough to retain flavor. The potato salad was surprisingly really delicious! Not your classic mustard mush with egg. Nice big chunks of tender potatoes, diced up pickles, lightly sauced.

Excellent Texas-style BBQ. Much better cue than what I do on my back porch--and I do quite well. Very friendly staff, and perfect decor for this category of cuisine. It's on the higher end of prices for BBQ in our area, but as someone who does it, it takes a lot of time and care to get it this right. I'll pay a premium for that, anytime. All their sides are spot on, as well. Great job by the pitmasters...

This BBQ is definitely one of the best around our area and I am so excited to see things develop. The patio is super unique and if you like the junkyard vibe it's right up your alley. Drink a beer and feel like you're transformed into a nice movie set. The staff was excellent and the food was great too, reasonably priced to boot! Thank You, we had a blast after our post ride at Beacon Hill.
