Hot Pot & Pho

So fresh and delicious! We had Pho and want to try the hot pot next time.
Seeing super cute Robbi (robot) in action for the first time (brought our food to the table).

Wonderful, delicious restaurant! I never had Hot Pot before but it is a experience everyone must try! I recommend the spicy broth with extra spice paste on the side. The homemade hot pot soy adds the perfect flavor combo.

Hidden around the corner inside is bar seating with TVs and a casual atmosphere. Looks like a great place to watch the Zags!

We went to Hot Pot & Pho this evening on our date night.

They were so busy, the parking lot was full and all the hot pot tables were full and of course we didn’t make a reservation, that was our bad.

The staff was so amazing and accommodating though and let is k ow a table would be clearing up shortly and allowed us to wait and we’re very kind.

The food came on a little robot which was a cute and safe way to carry so many heavy plates and a fun little experience.

The crab rangoons were ok…a bit dry and needed some sauce but they were very crispy and reasonably priced.

You get a choice for your protein, broth and your noodles. We got the beef and lamb, spicy broth and ramen noodles. The vegetables were very fresh and delicious. Making our own soup and labeling it out was really fun too. It was a great experience.

First let me say for being the FIRST hotpot restaurant in Spokane, I am astonished by how well this restaurant went beyond my expectations.
As we walked into restaurants it’s filled with a warm atmosphere and warm welcoming. our host was able to provide a table for our party despite forgetting to make a reservation and I deeply appreciate that ( celebration night for the party)
Once seated, our waitress was not only welcoming but also extremely professional. While the food met the expectations of a newly opened restaurant in its first week, it pleasantly surpassed my initial expectations, leaving us thoroughly pleased with our meal and overall experience.

I have a recommendation: it would be beneficial to have additional spice options available on the table. We were hoping for dipping sauce with our hotpot, but I managed to create a delicious one using the ingredients provided by our server. Additionally, our vegetable tray contained only one piece of cabbage; we would have loved more.

Regarding decoration, it could benefit from more aesthetics and color. Overall, we were overall pleased and eagerly anticipate what the future holds for this establishment in Spokane.

For my first visit to this restaurant, I had an amazing experience! We ordered the hot pot and 1 appetizer. The food was brought out a short time after we ordered. Our waitress was attentive and informative. The main area and the bathrooms were very clean.

The atmosphere was excellent as well. Many of the customers, could be heard laughing throughout their meals, including us, thanks to the charisma of one of the other employees that was helping the servers with the tables.

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the hot and sour broth, one order of chicken and two orders of beef. The hot pot comes with all of the vegetables that are shown on the menu. I had planned on taking a picture before we ate, however, by the time I remembered to take a picture of the hot pot, we had already finished eating it!😅

The appetizer we ordered was the chicken lettuce wrap (photo). We had no negative criticisms towards this appetizer at all.

I ordered hot green tea and was pleased when they brought out a tea pot (also in the photo with the chicken lettuce wraps).

We did not have any leftovers, but neither did we leave hungry. This was truly an excellent experience that I recommend to anyone that likes, or is interested in, this type of cuisine.

I will certainly be eating at this restaurant again!
