Rancho Viejo Spokane Valley

We first ate at this location 20 years ago and we have compared every other Mexican restaurant to it since. So while we were back in Spokane we had to go and see if it was the same as we remembered. Rancho did not disappoint. The servings are large, and the food is so good you will want to eat every bite.

Tonight was our first time here. We found it by googling the best Mexican restaurants near us and it didn't disappoint! They were very generous with the steak for the fajitas and the chicken burrito was huge. Our waitress was amazing and the atmosphere was nice and the food was ready at the perfect time even though they were busy. The cost is worth it. We will be back!

Having eaten here before, I know the food will be good. If you like hot sauce with your chips, they have mild, medium, and hot to suit your taste. The menu seems to have everything Mexican you may imagine and some. Service is pretty good and meals average between $17 & $20, though you can spend less or more. It's hard to miss being satisfied when eating here.

This has been a go to Mexican for many years. You can judge a Mexican place based on twon things: beans and mole. If those are both good, you have a winner. The staff is good, service is quick, and food is amazing.
