Starbucks

This starbucks needs to get better about asking people if they have a rewards to scan the QR code, or paying attention when we have the code out to scan.
Its an inconvenience to call the starbucks hotline and jump through the hoops, plus you have to google the customer service number, its not on the app….

I love the friendliness of this Starbucks. Everyone that I've encountered has been so great and helpful. Plus, of course the coffee's good.

I came here and did homework (they have free wifi and lots of outlets) and had a great experience. I accidentally ordered my chai tea latte without oat milk and when I realized, they were super accommodating and remade my drink for free! The staff was super friendly and quick at making everyone’s drinks. I feel like this wouldn’t be a good store to come to if you had a large group of people because the seating is designed for smaller groups.

Hands down the best Starbucks around. I do a mobile order almost every morning before work and they have grown to know what I like and know me by name when I walk in the door. I usually ask for an iced water and this morning, they had an iced water sitting with my breakfast sandwich. It made me feel so good knowing they think of those little things!

I want to share this Starbucks staff was so supportive today. My mom passed and I had bad panic attack and pulled over at their location. The gentleman was so loving. I told him I was having panic attack and needed to hangout in their parking lot. I told him why! I got a beautiful love note on my bag showing their support for me and my family. Thank you for your kindness and love!!!!
