Food is always great, but it's the employees that make it awesome. From the newest ones to the general manager, they're all friendly. Rachel was working the counter today and was great!!!!

The food is alright, but the root beer is the best I've had. Very polite and efficient staff. Manager appears very invested in running this location well. Would recommend to anyone looking for American food and great root beer at the Mall.

Food was somewhat affordable but for high end fast food I was dissappointed. Bland coleslaw the corn dog nuggets were gross worst corn dog I’ve had in town. On the plus side the fries were good and chicken would have been on point if they would have just fried them a little longer. Quick service great rootbeer

This review consists of my 3 visits from 12/29/20, 9/14/20, & 6/7/20.
Burgers are okay. they are just okay. The Bacon Burger is just eh. the bacon was kinda cheap. burnt, and didn't taste that great. Their BBQ burger on the other hand was really really good but is NOT worth the high price tag of 9$
Their chicken strip basket/slider is NOT OKAY. ITS GROSS, ITS DISGUSTING, it's poor quality and it tastes like just absolute rubbish. The fries were okay. over salty but okay. but the chicken? No the chicken was absolutely the worst thing iv placed in my mouth in 2020, and quite a few things have been in it. AVOID the chicken "strips". Burgers are okay but over priced. and their 2 burger 2 fry 2 drink deal is just a sham. the burgers are really tiny. worth $1.00 at best per burger.
