The cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing. I was in town for just a couple days and came to Boots three or four times I think! I will say, the Macaroni and Cheese was one of the worst things I tried. No seasoning at all, not salted, it tasted like… pasta. Now I’m from the South and we know mac and cheese or whatever but… I really tried okay. My friends also tried (they are not southern!) and said it was bland af.
BUT cheesy brussels are amazing!! The pesto and sundried tomato pasta also so so good. Corn fritters could use more seasoning as well. It’s like someone forgot to salt the food one day idk. Also tried the Sausage and Leek hash, i was hoping for more potato I guess than sausage but hey Im thankful for all the vegan foods I was able to try.
I still really recommend it because the staff is really nice and patient. They also have so many options you’re obviously bound to like and dislike some. Those are just my personal tastes!

I've been savoring Boots Bakery's gluten-free cupcakes for a decade, and I must say they have only improved with time. In the past, the presence of gluten-free flour was quite noticeable, but now they are absolutely fantastic! If you had reservations about them before, I highly recommend giving them another try. I recently tried their lemon cupcake, and it was an absolute delight. The cake and frosting were a huge hit at my mom's birthday party; everyone loved them!

But that's not all – Boots Bakery's food is simply outstanding! Their curried lentils, sausage hash, Allison's breakfast, and the unforgettable waffle with real maple syrup and chia butter are all incredibly delicious. It's a chorus of "yum yum yum yum!" with every bite. 🧁🍽️😋

Moreover, I'd like to express my gratitude to Boots Bakery for being the pioneer of vegan dining in Spokane. 💗💗💗 Your presence in the city is truly appreciated!

Server was delightful, very friendly and helpful! Food was amazing! I've tried gluten free and vegan food before and found it rather lacking, but this was definitely much better than my previous experience! I don't know how they got those potato croquettes to be so tasty, but wow! I especially liked the iced tea and molasses cookie, hard to find good spiced cookies like that!

I am so happy I finally got to try this place. So many gluten free options - it was the first time I have gotten to eat a cinnamon roll in a long time. I also got the pumpkin spice waffle which was very good. Both were extremely sweet but that’s to be expected. The service was quick and there’s a lot of seating. Also there is a coffee place just right next to Boots in the same building which is a nice duo. I paid $29 for a waffle and two cinnamon rolls.

A fun environment, with gluten free vegan options that are amazing. The Boozy brownie is a must try I didn't have it this visit I was still recovering from Thanksgiving but a must for that chocolate lover and sweet tooth! A great space to meet with a friend, I met my friend there to plan out a big fun retreat in the near future, the atmosphere was perfect for drumming up creativity!
