Great first experience. Ordered takeout and it tasted good. The server was very nice and had good customer service skills.
Ive gone to the division location for sometime now and when this location opened up I was excited! closer to me and the staff? makes my experience that much better! How would I know? I eat there 5 days out of the week lol I'm a huge chipotle eater and the management as well as the workers are always so quick to take care of me and keep me informed on what's out when I come in. The facility is clean and the service is quick and when there is a delay it's toward the 5 o'clock hour on one of the busiest intersection in north Spokane. These guys do great work and I will continue to give them my service till I see a reason not too.
Seeing some of these reviews is baffling because I love this location and food! you want fresh food? Stop ordering online and see them make it right in front of you. That is the point. Great stuff guys! If I recall correctly I believe the managers name is Anthony? God bless him and the staff! great work! I'll see ya tomorrow.
Quick question to management:
Why are the fajita vegetables always out at this location?
When I come here, the fajita vegetables are always "going to be ready in 10 to 20 minutes." To add, the 2 employees at the back who are preparing the rice, etc. always look bamboozled when the employee up front asks when the fajita vegetables will be ready. *Really. It's drop-dead hilarious.
Parking is never full around this venue. Usually vehicles lining up for Starbucks take up & block the flow of traffic in this area.
Depending (with a capital D) on who you get to put together your meal, you'd either have an employee who'll give you small amounts from the food selection; or, you'll get an employee who puts a decent amount. You'll notice this at the get-go when they start putting on the rice. You'll either be given a decent amount, or an amount for a bird.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR MORE.
Tables & chairs are usually disorganized. The venue could you a hourly sweep.
It's definitely not the worst Chipotle, but could use a bit more care.
And those Fajita Vegetables!!!
