Cole's Bakery & Cafe

As a fellow Celiac in the Spokane Area, I’ve been going to Cole’s for years now and have absolutely loved it. The customer service is great, everyone is always so nice and accommodating. My husband and I go here regularly, however, it has been under the weather lately in terms of the quality of food, especially when it comes to the price. This isn’t a cheap place to go to, and that is alright, but when it comes to the quality of food lately, the price does not equal the quality of the food. I have always loved their treats and goodies and dining in at Cole’s Bakery and Cafe, as well as their specials, but lately, the food quality has not been the best, especially when it comes to the price. It’s sort of a hit and miss with a lot of things right now. I also wish that the menu’s were updated with correct prices and new items. I love Cole’s and I want to see them succeed, but I can definitely tell (as a regular customer) that some things need to change.

Specialty bakery, extra points for catering to people with different food allergies. Service can be improved though. One coffee arrived cold to the table (never seen that before on any coffee). Impressive long menu with many options. It felt as if they needed more staff or more action from existing staff. Update: I visited again and they are making an effort to increase staffing. Still doesn't do the trick for me. It's one of those places where you would like to give a great review but I can't if I'm being honest.

This timeI had eggs over medium crispy bacon & the world's best hashbrowns cheesy crunchy out side & perfect hot & firm in the center. Toast was homemade wholegrain bread as you can see I've made it half way thru. Absolutely perfect tummy purring food.
