The Bagel Authority

Warning to everyone that these are “steamed” bagels not toasted. I wish I had known going in as I love a toasted bagel, but the steamed bagel is kind of mushy and not what I was hoping for. I got mine to go and by the time I had walked a couple blocks to sit down and eat it the bagel exterior was mushy and slimy from it being steamed. I will say the other ingredients in my bagel sandwich were delicious, its just the bagel itself was disappointing. Also for a bagel shop they only had a couple types of bagels to pick from which was also disappointing and seems like they are pre-bought and not made fresh too just going off of how they were packaged.

Screw Diana Wren. She is 100% wrong. First of all, these are the tastiest bagels and sandwiches in all of the INW, but ALSO the service is unbeatable. If you're looking for the best bagel sandwich of your life, you'll find it here. Brett gave the most amazing service. He's extremely down to earth and fun to talk to. The environment of the actual shop is stellar too. Going out for breakfast on Saturdays is a tradition in my household and our rule is to always try a new place. After trying Bagel Authority, our new Saturday tradition is to go here. Try it- you will NOT be disappointed

I saw that there was a new restaurant in the space at 903 West Riverside so went over to try them out for a quick bite of lunch. Ordered a sandwich bagel and took it back to work to eat at my desk, and it was awesome! Piled high with meats, veggies, and cheese - it tasted terrific. I'm not sure where I could get a high quality sandwich and drink for $12 in Spokane, but I know where to go now. Will be there for breakfast and lunch many times in the coming weeks!

STEAMED DELICIOUSNESS!!! Great place to eat for EVERYONE in the family! My kids are so picky and this place got the thumbs up from all of us! The bagel sandwiches come out warm and delicious, melting the cheese to perfection! We saw this place on KHQ news and had to try it! The meats are hand sliced daily and I would recommend The Vandal, Five Mile, The Cougar and of course the Pepperoni for kids! Great downtown location with big windows, lots of seating and one block from Nordstrom! The owner Brett was so nice to even cater to my teens request for swapping out sprouts for avocado and made sure we were happy with our selections. They ate every bite, that’s a WIN for me! You have got to try a STEAMED BAGEL SANDWICH, it’s out of this world good!

Noticed this place the few times while driving by. Today I decided to walk imma drive it a try. They have a great menu selection with a variety of ingredients, I ended up going with #9 Sprague Ave and it was delicious!! And wonderful to eat the bagel was so soft and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was top notch atop a great atmosphere. Check them out! Dine in or take your food to go! Pro Tip: the food is easy to eat on the go and with Riverfront being down the street you can find a nice spot to eat and enjoy the view!
