    Exactly what you can come to expect from a great Chipotle. They hit the nail right on the head. Knowledgeable staff, quick service, and friendly atmosphere.

    I am scoring Chipotle a solid 5 stars because of Reina’s outstanding customer service. This was my first time ever ordering from Chipotle. Reina greeted me with a smile and positive attitude, then walked me through the process of ordering my bowl. She made sure to give me a quick and easy experience. My food was yummy! Exactly how I expected, and more!

    The employees at the Lacey (Hawk's Prairie) Chipotle are awesome and friendly! We actually live closer to the Chipotle at the Capital Mall in Olympia, but often drive out to the one in Lacey instead... simply because their employees are so nice! They make the whole experience just AWESOME! Thanks!

    Pretty decent fare. There was a long line when we drove up. Chose to submit our order online from the car to see if that would be any faster. Turns out, they have a really fast crew on the main line. Would've been faster just to go that route. Is that helpful?
