Brewery City Pizza West Olympia

Cool ranch chicken is always a dream. The delivery usually take a bit but I tend to order during busy hours so no problem to me.

We are women of 4. We do luncheons together often. Always looking for a good place
We can talk eat and laugh. We are a little loud! One of us are a Porta Rican and she gets louder..We set for hours sometimes.
This is our second visit here
Once again the waiter/waitress was spot on!
I don't remember the first ladies name but today's was Randy!!
We were very well taken care of and allowed to enjoy our visit without no pressure of going.( they were not busy)
Even when I short changed Randy on paying my bill!! Randy laughed and said um there is not enough $ for your bill !!!
We all laughed as I meant to give 2 $20@ instead was 1 $20 1 $5 bill!
The food was the bomb!
I just ate my last slice of the new chicken basil pizza! (9pm)

First I want to point out, that I have never physically been to this location. It has been my job to provide a large quantity of good food to very hungry people on several occasions and I know that the team likes Brewery City pizza best. So I order here when I want to up the value of the food provided.

Each occasion has been an order and delivery. The order is large, so I always call a couple of days in advance, and they have never failed me. It can't be out of loyalty, because this is not a regular occurrence.

I called at what I hoped was a good time, but made it clear that if it wasn't they could call me back, or let me know when a better time to call was. They asked if they could call me back later after the lunch rush. Of course, and you know what...they did.

I placed the order, there was a little concern with the time line, but I was assured they could make it happen. And they did! (they always do).
The driver was not only on time but in/out with minutes to spare and to much applause and appreciation. Further more, the driver's care for making sure to not put the bags on surfaces that people would be eating on, making sure everything was where we needed it to be, was perfectly on point, and professional. There is always more than a sufficient amount of food, and I am praised with compliments of the high standard, everything tasting great etc. - they make me look good to my team!
So, I don't know what it is like at the actual location, but my experience, is they are 5 star all the way, in quality, value, service and professionalism.

One of my favorite places. I have been frequenting for 20 years. The daytime service has not been up to par the last few times. Hoping it will improve. Food is still good. Love the Brewmaster pizza.
