My vegan preferences and my husbands love for meaty breakfasts are hard to accommodate. Our expectations were both exceeded at this amazing breakfast spot! I got the Vegan Scramble with fried potatoes and sourdough bread, and my husband built his own omelette with an English muffin. Both 10/10 recommend. ALSO, they have a pay-it-forward program to help buy meals for people who can’t afford it, and we thought that was a cool opportunity to participate in.

Super tasty, original food. Haven't found anything quite like it in the Northwest or Southwest. Really healthy choices and served creatively. Kudos to the kitchen and staff!

Great service and so delicious. Loved the Chevre goat cheese omelet and garlic kale. Biscuits were deliciously crumbly and buttery. The fact that it's a cooperative is icing on the cake. Come here and get breakfast, you won't regret it.

The breakfast here is top notch. They have a lot to select from sandwiches, omelettes to scrambles so there's something for everyone. They also have vegan and gluten-free options. I recommend the blackberry gluten-free french toast, it is decadent without being too sweet. No full bar here but they serve Rainier beer and mimosa if you're trying to make your meal more brunch than breakfast. Note that the restaurant is small (and wonderfully eclectic) so if you have a large party, there might be a wait. There's also no seating for more than 5 people I believe. If you're in Olympia or passing through, it's a great place to stop by for a delicious meal!
