Saigon Fusion #8

The broth here is really good. Toppings are toppings no matter what pho shop you go to, but finding a delicious broth is crucial to finding the best pho. Obviously homemade is the best, but in lieu of that, there is Saigon Fusion #8. The portions are extremely generous and the prices are average for this area, but not too expensive. I can get one large bowl of meatball butt and split it between 2 adults and 1 6 year old and we are full and satisfied.

Great pho here. The broth is intensely beefy, with a dark color and a good amount of salt. The noodles were well cooked and plentiful. My only issue was the beef itself: the steak was tough, and there wasn’t enough meat. I only got one piece of tripe and one piece of tendon. The service is great, very friendly and quick. Ambiance is perfect for a pho spot, nothing to fancy, pretty clean, and enough space for a lunch rush. Overall a pretty good spot. I would just want more beef please!

Been coming here for a few years now. I eat Pho way more often than I'd like to admit. They treat me well and always acknowledge I'm basic and never change my order. I've brought many friends here and they all have expressed their joy for this place. Thanks for great prices and great food.

Best Vietnamese food in Olympia/Lacey area. Service is good and people here are so kind. Highly recommended
