Stack 571 Burger and Whiskey Bar - Olympia

A massive thank you to everyone who stayed at work to serve me and my cousin tonight (2/15), you absolutely made our night with the friendly, quick service and your hospitality! Will be returning very soon, and would enthusiastically reccomend. Great fries and burgers, tasty shakes that aren't too heavy, and a staggering whiskey selection.

If I could, I'd give it a 4 1/2. Service tends to be a bit slow. Otherwise it's a fantastic place! Try a whiskey flight or a tap beer to match your hamburger. I've tried 3 different hamburgers and they were all fantastic. My husband had the patty melt and said it was the best he ever had. The food is creative and well executed. The 3 sauces that come with the fries or rings are unique and flavorful.

Place looks nice and clean, the food tasted good and my daughter loved her milkshake. The waitstaff was friendly, but did not make much effort. We waited almost ten minutes to even be asked if we wanted drinks. The coke we ordered tasted funny, but we couldn't get anyone over to our table to fix the issue. It took a long time for our food to come out. There were maybe 10 other people in the whole place, so I wouldnt say the waitress was overwhelmed. The burger doesn't come with fries unless you order a kids meal. I ordered the fatted sow (on the waitresses recommendation). I normally don't eat specialty burgers like that, but it was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed the meal and then we just sat for what seemed forever to just get the check. It was a little above $10 per meal, so right around $55 for all of us to eat.

Cool interior vibe. Burgers (mushroom burger) was good quality and tasted great. Pricey though. Ala cart for everything, so no fries with your burgers, and at 5.50 they are pricey (and small). Happy hour drinks were pretty good (blueberry mash was tasty). Soda refills aren't free either...lame.
