Thuy's Pho

Okay so I came in during the soft opening. The place doesnt seem to need that much work and looks like they're ready to do a LOT of business when they do a grand opening.

Some notes:
Very good pho, probably the best in olympia. Better than pho hoa down the street and better than asian deli. Breaks my heart to say that. This place is like if asian deli and pho hoa had a baby. I didnt get a bahn mi but some guy walked in and got one and not only does the bahn mi come with dipping broth I could *hear* that dudes bahn mi. That's a good sign. Unfortunately I let out some slurps as i ate my pho. In vietnam that's totally cool no one cares about slurping kinda want to make this restaurant a slurping safe space because the air entering my mouth as I eat enhances the flavor of the noodles and broth. Theyre also very hot!

It also looks like they make they're own fish sauce? Thatd be absolutely amazing. I will be back.

Great food. Perfect location. I have only eater here once but i can tell this will be the new place to eat!! Their customer service was awesome. They just opened and they are doing Great.

That said, both their Pho and Bahn Mi were pretty good. Their chicken wings are also really good.

Their bubble tea is sub par, large chunks of ice and the wrong type of straw (boba kept getting stick in the straw).

I ordered the prawn pho which was absolutely delicious! The broth was so flavorful, I loved it. I also ordered pork and prawn spring rolls. I received 3 small rolls which size surprised me for the price and i didn’t taste any pork or prawn so I’m not sure if they accidentally gave me a veggie roll or if the pork and shrimp are grounded so finely that you can barely see or taste it. I would have liked to taste those flavors in the spring roll but nonetheless it was still good just not what I was anticipating. Overall the food taste good

I think we were their first customers. We came all the way from westport, it was early and we were on our way to the mall and I turn around and seen their big Pho sign and told my husband let go eat there. And no regrets at all it was good it was quick and they were so friendly
