Talking Cedar

First time here. Great place. Great atmosphere. Bartender was attentive and generous with beer and spirit samples. Food was realy great. Rochester / Grand mound desperately needed a venue like this.

Cool place!! Really like what they are doing. The food was good, fries were nothing special but the spicy aioli was delicious. The salmon entree was a great idea but the salmon was overcooked and salty. The veggies were delicious. The cocktails however were awesome. I challenged Austin to make something off the menu so he started with a New York Old Fashion(topped with red wine), followed by their delicious Brown Sugar Sour and lastly a stone sour with their Rlk Rider Bourban!! Yes I'll be headed to bed now but the drinks left a lasting memory. Great job!!

Went hear for dinner the other day and if you are in the area it is the best food around,and I was really surprised by the open atmosphere,me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the food and the beer.

I've been watching this building go up from the start. When I found out it was a brewery I was hyped. Well I finally had my first experience and let me say it did not disappoint. I took my family and everyone tried something different. I had the Reuben, my wife had the fish and chips, we also had the blue cheese burger, grilled chicken salad, and the bratwurst at our table. The food was great, I particularly loved the sauerkraut on the Reuben. The beer was amazing, one of the best Kolches I've had in awhile! Overall a great experience, we will be visiting again soon to try something new!

My friend Debbie and I decided to try out something different. Talking Cedar just recently opened so naturally there are still a few glitches to work out. I had fish and chips which were very good! The service was excellent and our server, "McKenzie", was wonderful! Very pleasant atmosphere! Will return to try other things as well as brews.
