Just stopped in for my first time. Great customer service and delicious tri-tip. I'll be back!

Called in a fairly large order, 14 sandwiches, a few days before a private work event. Everything was ready and hot exactly when i said i would be there to pick it up. Delicious tender bbq, not dried out and chewy like some. Thanks Joe for a fantastic lunch from 14 pretty picky people. Will definitely be lunching here again!

Had the brisket melt all the way with Mac salad and Cole slaw it was jaw dropping good. My brisket sandwich was tender and juicy full of flavors. My sides were decent too it wasn't like momma used to make it but Auntie is just fine because that sandwich is no joke. The service was great really kind folk, thank you for serving us.

Fantastic food! Great food truck, people are super nice. Had the special pulled pork sandwich, and then later in the week had the combo brisket/pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. I would definitely recommend if you haven't tried this place.

It's a large black trailer sitting next to the Ace Hardware parking lot across the street from the Pilot Gas station. You will not see it if you don't look for it. Only had the Pulled Pork sandwich and it comes with 2 sides. It was Really Good!!! The pork was good and moist with a light smoke flavor and a decent quantity on the bun. The BBQ sauce was mild and not spicy. I had the macaroni salad and tater tots and both were good.
