Pizzeria La Gitana - Yelm

Avoid the only 2 appetizers (waste of time and money - go straight to the pizza). Cauliflower crust is better than the original surprisingly and better for you. Sausage and mushroom was good. Pepperoni was off, and I will avoid next time. The vanilla ice cream was a nice treat. Will return for the cauliflower pizza.

One of our favorite places to eat in Yelm. The pasta is fresh and several good options. The pizza is the best in town and the lunch special is a pretty good deal. It is also one of the friendliest places in town with great service.

You have to visit this unique European Pizzeria but get there early, lunch or dinner, they fill up fast. Best to RSVP especially if your a group. Authentic, imported or locally fresh grown ingredients. Yelm, a small village, is not a place you would expect to find such fine dining. The facility is casual but the food is exceptional, service is great and perfect for surprising friends, visitors and guests. Definitely an original.

I absolutely love this place! The pizza is authentic and so fresh! The pasta is made in house.The flour used is actually from Italy and non-GMO. The staff is friendly and the owners are fantastic. I've been going here for years and it's by far the best pizza around. I also enjoy the music and ambiance. During the summer they have live music outside as well. I can't recommend La Gitana enough.

I’ve been to Italy many times and can tell you the La Gitana pizzas are Authentic and Delicious!!! They also have the most fabulous and wholesome salads! Their homemade green goddess dressing should be bottled up and sold - it is SO GOOD!!! I highly recommend you visit Pizzeria La Gitana in Yelm and Olympia.
