Excellent food and excellent service. Well prepared dishes with authentic flavors, add in their dash of great vibes and you'll find that this is a great and affordable restaurant. Try the pumpkin pie with house made Mexican caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Stopped in for dinner while in Walla Walla and tried their pork tacos an they were delicious.. definitely recommend them if you are wanting some great Mexican food

After seeing some of their dishes on social media, I decided to give The Happy Wanderer a try. The food was excellent! There are many different authentic items to choose from. I had the quesabirria tacos, made with hand-pressed tortillas, shredded beef, lots of cheese - wonderful! Ordering the combo plate gives you rice and beans. Recommended!

My husband and kids went to visit family in Walla Walla and decided to try this restaurant. Upon arriving we were welcomed with friendly smiles and greetings.

It was a bit warm since this was during the hottest recreo time of year, ~105°F, but there were fans trying to keep the facility cool.

We ordered our meals, which overall was good. There were a few things we would have liked to be slightly different, but what it offered was okay.

Overall Experience
We had a good time catching up with family, which is what matters most. Overall, it was a good place for a quick lunch or bite to eat, but not so much for a sit down experience.
