Absolutely amazing food in a really cool space. Chef Easton has created a beautiful experience in an unexpected place and this will be the new date night spot!

They have an excellent menu that rotates weekly. The space is beautiful and the owners are incredibly welcoming. I would recommend making a reservation through number listed on Google as seating is limited. I'll definitely be going again!

All I can say is Wow! Please do yourself a favor and make a reservation at this place. You will not be upset. The food, drinks, & staff are all so wonderful. This is an amazing gem!

I was a little skeptical because there's no reservations and it's such a small place but it was well worth it! We showed up at 5:40 and were seated at 6:30. Once you're there you really understand what they were trying to accomplish with the experience. We ordered one of everything, which I highly recommend. Erin and Mike are awesome and the food (and drinks) was so delicious. I'll definitely be back!

A special gem that could just as well be in any fine dining district of Seattle or Portland but that instead happens to find itself nestled in the quaint downtown of Waitsburg. Get your name in early as the limited number of seats for the evening fills up quickly. We arrived around 6:30pm and snagged the last two spots but also incurred a two-hour wait. I’m certain if we had arrived earlier our wait wouldn’t have been so long. That being said, the wait was WELL worth it, and then some. After eating there, we would be happy to wait that same amount again.

Everything was stunning: the ambience, the hospitality, and most especially, the food. Everything was made from scratch and provided an experience that was enlightening through unique ingredients and masterful preparation that resulted in a very special experience. Additionally, everything was very reasonably priced, especially given the gourmet quality of the eating experience, a detail that means all the more in a time with skyrocketing prices.

We can’t wait to visit again.

(For anyone who has a long wait like ours, there is a lovely in-house bar with fantastic and creative cocktails and bubbles. There is also a great wine bar down the street if you’re looking to patron more than one place during a long wait).
