Ice-Burg Drive-In

We ordered 2 Oreo shakes and 1 Cookie Dough, but got 3 cookie dough. It's was a great place overall tho.

This place is a classic staple of walla walla. I don't visit town without eating here, but the last several times I've visited, they have screwed up my order in some way or another.

I worked on the restaurant business for several years so I know mistakes happen but it is way too consistent.

My order doesn't strike me as difficult. Cheeseburger, no pickles, no relish, no tomato, no mayo, fry sauce on the side (since they told me they don't sub fry sauce on the burger itself which made no sense).

They always screw this order up, and today was most disappointing because for whatever reason they removed the onion. Walla walla sweet onions are the best around and they MAKE this burger. So, definitely disappointing.

I don't expect the workers to be all happy go lucky unrealistically enthusiastic. But at least take your headphones out if you can't seem to hear orders correctly.

Been going here for well over 40 yrs for a very good burger! & Their milkshakes have fresh ingredients not just syrup but, well, you have to drink with a spoon!!

The burger and the bun was so over cooked and burnt it crumbled, yet it wasn't that hot. My fries were barely warm when I got them, so they were cold when I got home. The shake was great.
