Love this place. I especially like the spicier pasties but everything has been delicious. Picking up takeout during the Covid19 time has been smooth and easy. I usually bring an insulated bag and buy several for the freezer.
I heard about this small restraunt when a friend had a TON of mini pies made for her wedding dessert.. I looked the website up and saw that they made MEAT PIES and it peaked my interest... it took me 5 years to make it up to Everson since I'm 45 minutes away.. But BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!!
I Ordered 8 of the meat pies (a couple for my for my mom as well) and The gal I think her name was Trisha gave us a few extra but I didnt realize it until I got home, I called to let her know and ended up paying for them and IM ACTUALLY THANKFUL about it CAUSE THEY ARE LITERALLY THAT GOOD!!!
We got the chicken pot pie, pot roast and only 1 Chicken curry (never tried curry before..).. well, we ended up making one of each to test them out and let me tell yah they were ALL DELICIOUS ????!! I wish I would have ordered 10 of the chicken curry, IT WAS SO YUMMY!!
THIS PLACE IS LIKE A SECRET GEM IN SUCH A QUAINT SMALL TOWN!!! IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!❤
I have a feeling we might be taking regular road trips back up and telling Everyone we know that they HAVE to try it for themselves!
PLEASE NOTE, I PURCHASED THE FROZEN PIES AND MADE AT HOME.. Trisha recommended to cook at 375 for 40 minutes (from Frozen!)Also, I brushed the tops with a little bit of butter before baking so the crust was golden, flakey buttery deliciousness!!
This place is SOOOOOO great! My spouse and I drove here from Bellingham just to try it out, and it was beyond our expectations. The lady (owner, I believe) was super nice, kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. I saw her using her hands and a brush to finish the pasties before putting in an oven. Definitely hand made and cooked like in a home!
My chicken pot pie was great, but the pork empanada was out of this world! We also grabbed some dessert and salmon chowder to go. The chowder and pecan pie bars are to die for. Can't wait to go back!
Always the best quality and always delicious! They are also great to have in the freezer to take for lunches.
We just had the Turkey pot pie, and it was even better than I imagined! Loved it.
