Domino's Pizza

The food was good, don’t get me wrong. That being said when I went to do curbside pickup two drivers came and went. One of them came out of the restaurant looking incredibly mad and upset, threw the pizza bag in the back on his car and sped off and the other looked like he was sprinting to the car like his life depended on it. I don’t like to judge places based on one experience, but that made me think maybe this place wasn’t so good to its employees and as a customer service worker myself that impacted my view of ordering there again.

Remember without your employees your business would be nothing.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this dominos since I moved to Pullman 5 years ago and now for the last year or two I’ve been lucky enough to get Matthew consistently as my driver. He’s friendly, fast, and he cares enough to remember regular customers. Half the joy of eating my pizza is getting that brief moment to say hey to someone who has never let me down!

Employee/s noticed the pizza bubbled a lot during baking. Took the initiative to make a new one before I got there instead of giving me the one with bubbles. I thought that was a great example of good customer service!

Right in the heart of Greek row, and fun place to people watch (especially on the weekend). Theta house across the street. Go Cougs!

Some of the best pizza in town! Always hot and fresh. Only complaint is that they are mask nazis. Just give me my pizza. There people in there without hair nets but they are worried about me not have a literally useless mask.
