(May 31, 2022, 4:51 am)Current seasonal asparagus and pepper jack cheese tamales were incredible. Pork was good too, not the best I've ever had but really really delicious. Didn't get to try the chicken, they were out. Friendly, helpful service.

(May 25, 2022, 2:41 am)Surprisingly great Mexican food in a low key restaurant, as the name indicates - it serves mostly tamale with choice of pork, chicken, and asparagus & cheese. Tamale plates are served with Spanish rice and beans - they are so yummy! Even better with friendly service and easy on your wallet. It has some indoor and outdoor seatings.

(September 27, 2021, 7:36 pm)Saw an episode on Evening Magazine about this place. Decided to stop on our way traveling from Boise home to Lk Stevens. Absolutely FANTASTIC! We each ordered the lunch special and it's enough food we will it again for dinner. We will definitely make this a regular stop on our trIps!
