Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've only been here twice and both times everything was awesome. My first time they were very busy, today they were packed but the line was short. Must of just missed the long line. ????????

My family and I have been going to Chiptole at least once a week lately because my son will eat their food. We like the food as well. However, the past couple of times we have gone, they have been out of chips. We have gone at 8pm, so why do they keep running out of chips?

Enjoy the fresh food. Had a problem with a coupon that was already scanned. Had already payed tried to get a refund because the coupon was not run up correctly, they told me they could not do that because the coupon was already scanned. Little confused, but they did give me the coupon back for next visit to reuse. How is that going to work with them telling me clearly the coupon was scanned and there is nothing they can do?

Good for the price and ease of counting the calories. I wish they had better queso, but I hear it's being worked on. Staff is always quick and nice enough.
