    Thank you employee William McKinnley at the 1101 N Queen Str WENDY's drive through window. Very courteous and personable! Excellent customer service. I am retired and 63 years old. Have gone to this WENDY's many years. First time have witnessed a WENDY's employee deserving of a medal. Keep up the good work. Thank you.....

    I was at the drive thru on Wednesday oct2nd at 630pm. there were 2 cars in front of me and it took 15 min from ordering to the window. I got a biggie bag with coke. when I finally picked the food up I never checked the bag or drink.when I did at the light I had no coke but warm sweet tea. the sandwich ws just warm and I specifically asked for just mustard and onion. it had everything on it .it was awful. very upset please check your bag before leaving.
