Logan's Roadhouse

We go here several times a month. Service is always good. Food is based on the cook, but usually decent. Ask for salad dressing on the side because they tend to drown salads.

Service has been spotty for here. Can be great and can be marginal at times. Last two times we have went including tonight they have forgot items. Now may be small like no croutons or for my burger tonight they didnt have the thousand island dressing on it.Also service time we sat for almost an hour waiting after we ordered. We made it a point to go at 430 PM on sat hoping it wouldn't be packed. Overall I really like the food but when it comes out cold and missing items it can be frustrating. Will update if the next visits are better or worse.

Seems very hit or miss. Mostly the food is great and service is good.

So I'm going right down the middle with my review. Two times ago everything was awesome. Very happy!

The last time we went. Both steaks were way over cooked by two shades each. One was supposed to be rare and one medium rare. One came out pretty much well done and the other was maybe a medium. Normally the manger comes over when this happens. Not last time! No manger and no apology.

We'll still go back because the next nearest decent steakhouse isn't real close.

I've gone here quite a few times, really getting a feel for the place. For the most part it's pretty enjoyable. There has been a few times where the experience has been less than preferable. But overall you want a burger or a steak, this is the place to go.
