    Let's be honest, we all know what to expect from McDonald's. It gets the job done, lol. The food is exactly what I expect, but unfortunately the customer service is very lacking around the times that I visit which is usually late around 12-1am. I also need to check my food each time because nearly half the time, my plain mcdouble comes out fully loaded. Just know what to expect when you visit.

    We were heading back to Virginia on a bus when we stopped here, unexpectedly, so we didn’t give them a heads up. West VA called for state emergency due to the snow, and many workers were sent home which left them understaffed for us 37 people. They were all very kind and worked very efficiently to get us out and back on the road! The manager Linda was very helpful and multitasking to get her job done well. Very impressed????
