Mountaineer Meat Smokers

My wife and I normally eat out on Wednesday evening due to a busy schedule and Have recently discovered mountaineer meat smokers in Martinsburg. Travis Bishop, the owner is friendly and passionate about cooking great smoked meat. He is always giving free tasting samples and usually has multiple meats to try. We love the ribs and Brisket But he may have the best smoked turkey in the area. If you get a chance to stop by you will not be disappointed!!

Had some of the BBQ pork and coleslaw at the Apple Valley Parade and it's good stuff! Recommended????

I sample BBQ everywhere I go. I love it. These guys are as good as you'll taste anywhere. They do it right and they don't cut corners. I went in for my first time and they started telling me about this smoked burger. I was like SMOKED BURGER?! Just go and try it. I used to think I make a pretty good burger myself. Check out that smoke ring! I can't wait to go back and try some more. I also had the wings today and they were fantastic! If I had to pick one place to get wings in the area, it would be here 7 days out of 7. I'm no business expert but a lot of times the gurus say "put out a great product and people will come." These guys have a great product. I believe they're serving on location Wed-Fri and occasionally on Sat, but I imagine the business will be booked most Saturdays.

Awesome BBQ, Good prices and Great guys. I eat there at least once a week and would recommend it to anyone. Swing by and give them a try.
