(January 23, 2019, 3:11 am)One of the only restaurants I must visit when I travel back home to visit my family. I've been a faithful fan of Bob Evans since I was 12 years old. That's, well, a long time! Can't wait to eat there again in 2019????

(January 14, 2019, 6:50 pm)This was my first time visiting this Bob Evan's and I must say I was very pleased with their customer service. I had order a dish that consisted of grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and red potatoes in a parmesan sauce (which was delicious) and an extra loaded baked potato on the side, so that I would have some left overs for lunch the next day. Somehow or another my potato was lost in transit, and I ended up waiting around 30 minutes for my extra potato. However, the manager came over to speak with us and apologize. He then remedied the situation with an extra side and toppings to go.
Overall I was very pleased with how the situation was handled, and was glad to experience such excellent customer service. The food itself(aside from my potato) arrived in a timely fashion and was very well cooked (actually just plain delicious). We were also well kept with our drinks and bread appetizers. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff very friendly.
I'm sure we will definitely visit again in the near future, and would recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly restaurant.
