I love our new DQ. It is very near my house. Although they do not have the Hawaiian blizzard on the menu they make it for me. The onion rings were so good!!!

Most of my experiences are great. There is always a huge line, but nonetheless, they get people in and out of that place faster than anyplace I’ve ever seen. But today, I received my blizzard without a lid and it melted all over the cup holders in my car. I work in a drive through fast food restaurant and I know how important it is that you make everybody’s experience from the time they order to the time they bring their food into their home, or where have you, as easy as possible. I had to take my blizzard, dripping with ice cream (my hands and the cup) inside my home. Go back out to my car. Wipe down my seats and my cup holder. Then basically drink my blizzard since I hadn’t gotten to enjoy it before it melted since I was cleaning. JUST USE LIDS! If you ran out of lids, tell me so that I’m aware, and don’t over fill my blizzard cup so that it melts over!

Great place for ice cream treats and casual food. Clean environment and friendly staff. Good selection of birthday cakes too.

Love the New Barboursville West Virginia location. Turtle Pecan Blizzard made with swirl ice cream is so yummy. I highly recommend

So excited to have a nice ice cream shop close by for the summer with three kids! They are very busy right now, so take ample time if you plan to go here. The food is fresh, service is friendly, and they do work fast to get the crowd taken care of!
