    Love this Wendys! Super nice employees that are very helpful and welcoming. The place has always been clean on all my visits. The only problem I encountered was their Coca Cola Freestyle machine was out of alot on numerous days.

    I’m not one to write a review on a Wendy’s but this Wendy’s had the best customer service I have ever had. Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant so I’ve been to quite a few! The restaurant was very clean, food was great as always but what set this one apart was the service. The woman/manager came around to all the tables to ask how the food was. Lastly, before I left I asked for a bottled water and the gentleman who looked like the owner or manager gave me it for free. This is what drives success for a restaurant - would highly recommend stopping by.

    The wait time is typically short at this Wendy’s. The staff is nice. However, the service is hit or miss. They’ve messed up my order several times via drive thru. The inside always has dirty tables, which makes you wonder if the kitchen is maintained like the dining room. However, like I said, the food has always been good with a friendly staff to deliver.. as long as it’s the correct order.

    Normally good for fast food. This trip was different. Person taking my order didn't pay attention during taking my order. He was paying more attention to the people walking in the door. Sadly our order even got mixed up with someone else's. So in the end our food was cold. They offered me a free frosty to make me feel better which I declined. I was never mad or in a rage just wanted what I ordered. They ask the manager to come to the counter. She sent the girl making food instead. But I'd say she handled everything fine. So I rate the manager also poorly!!
    If management don't care about service then I can't hold the employees responsible I would say it rubs off to everyone under this person.
