Love starbuck's it has a very friendly environment and their food breakfast lunch and dinner items are delicious I love their Tea's Frappuccinos, what can I say they're great people and a great company! Thank you Starbucks for Great Customer service! ?❤??

I rarely ever have any difficulties visiting this location and I enjoy myself each visit. Today was not one of those times and I am highly disappointed. I decided to mobile order my drink per usual and then stop in to pick it up. As I waited for someone to greet me in the mobile pickup line for nearly 15 min for my drink. It didn't happen. My drink was steadily sitting on the mobile pickup counter waiting. There is a sign that reads for customers to wait until you are greeted by your batista and to not grab drinks. So i waited. I watched a customer jump in front of me as the batista was preparing her drinks and having so many conversations and prompted the customer in conversation and still no greeting or anything to the one that had been waiting. There was even a moment where the employees weren't waiting on a sole but yet im still standing. Finally I got upset enough to ask the kind staff member who was really busy making hot drinks, that I believed my drink was sitting behind the counter. She kindly gave it to me. If you are going to set rules and guidelines, then you need to follow.. If this is what Starbucks envisons as their ultimate customer service, then I will conclude by visiting another location. Its not difficult to ask someone how they can be helped after you've seen them stand there for an allotted amount of time. Ridiculous.

This location is AMAZING! I drive from Ohio twice a week to come here for coffee and treats. The staff is wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. The manager really cares about every aspect of your experience. I HIGHLY recommend this Starbucks location. Come over and feel the love ❤️
