This place has potential. It's a breath of fresh air. It's cute.
Simple, practical, affordable, efficient, and tasty.
Food is love and I hope this humble shop can learn and grow.
This shop finds good value in what it isn't more than what it is. In this town I think that's a great deal.
Let's start with the one negative... the food took awhile. But, it is a soft opening and the place was VERY busy.
The waitress was extremely nice. We were welcomed and explained the dishes. Ordering was easy. The water is self-serve, which is nice, especially if you're a water connoisseur like myself. Let's talk dishes. The Ramen tastes VERY fresh. Some of, if not, the best noodles I've had. I chose the Wakayama. The broth was delicious. The egg and veggies were scrumptious and delightful additions to the noodles. My girlfriend had the Miso. Her broth was a bit lighter, but mushrooms were the standout here. Overall, a pair of amazing Ramen soups! Oh, that's not all. You get fish cakes with your meal. These were very tasty and I strongly recommend dipping them in the sauce. Flavorful, yet without the greasy feel you get from some fish cakes. These were cooked perfectly. I highly, so so so highly recommend eating here!
Two really well portioned meals for a total of $25!
Delicious, filling meal. We tried two of the bowls. Packed full of flavor. We will definitely be back for more.
Very good, only tried the Tonkotsu so far (traditional pork bone broth ramen). Love the chili crunch for some kick!
