The Gaines Estate is southern charm right in the center of the mountain state. The beauty of the venue makes it so easy to create the most stunning wedding with minimal need for decorations or extras. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every detail goes to plan, and the coordinator Ally goes out of her way to make the day perfectly executed and stress free for the bride and family. Each member of the staff is so welcoming and professional. I spent my entire wedding morning relaxing, spending time with my bridal party, and getting ready without concern because the staff was working hard behind the scenes to meet my every need and desire. This is the perfect venue, the total package. Our guests loved having access to the beautiful home during cocktail hour, the reception space was perfect for dinner and dancing, and the stunning property is amazing for vows and photos. If you are considering The Gaines Estate for your wedding, or any event, I highly recommend. The best of the best.

My husband and I chose The Gaines Estate for our wedding venue . We rented the main house for two nights, and we absolutely loved it !! Bill, The owner, was the sweetest man. He gave me a detailed account of history of The Gainest Estate, and made sure we had all accommodations that we may have needed. Allyson, the wedding coordinator that works through the Gaines Estate was amazing the whole way through. She really did everything she could to make our wedding a wonderful experience . She even helped out our photographer in staging beautiful photos that we will be able to cherish for all the years to come. I absolutely recommend The Gaines Estate for any wedding or other event you may have in mind.

From the Walnut Grove, to the manor, to the sprawling fields, we have no complaints photographing weddings at this venue! The staff is very hard working and friendly to vendors and clients. It is conveniently located in Fayetteville which offers many airbnb’s and lodging options for guests and a plethora of things to do. Cannot recommend them enough for your Big Day!

The Gaines estate is absolutely beautiful! It has so many photogenic spots and is just a hidden gem. The owners are so sweet and the venue coordinator is very talented. We can’t wait to photograph another wedding there and recommend often!!
