Food was amazing! Service was amazing! This is a must go to place, plan on going back if I'm ever in the area again.

The BBQ and atmosphere were amazing. All the food I tried was excellent. I got the half rack and the meat fell off the bones. I forgot to get a picture before, but I did after. The loaded fries were crispy and tasty, the French onion soup was good, the pulled chicken was delicious. You really can't go wrong. You can also send or bring them a school banner or item to hang and leave a signed dollar of your stay. A great place for a good meal after hiking or rafting.

I hadn't been here for a while. Went with some friends after my wife got off the river. (She is a guide). I am an old school Dirty E fan from back when Ron owned it. We all ordered ribs or ribs and chicken combos with various sides. Customer service is lacking just a little bit as our table had to wait on refills before the meal was brought to us. The ribs were fall off the bone good, but the sauce has changed a little bit. I always ask for a side of sauce and that took some time to get to our table as well. I am used to having a manager check on our table at least once during our meal and that didn't happen either. You know, as I write the review, I was trying to give the staff a little benefit of doubt, but they weren't that busy....like they didn't have 50 people waiting and some tables were empty. It will probably be another year or so before we come back.....come on guys, you are better than that, time to up your game a little please!

Place was awesome. Atmosphere and waitresses were very nice (like most people in the town). Food was great too! Definitely recommend.

Went here on the recommendation of my papaw who had just passed away was visiting for his funeral. Was my first time to WV and the food was good and service was awesome. I had the prime rib and 1/2 rack ribs, salad and potato. The fried pickles are awesome and good beer selection. Waitress was awesome. Would recommend to anyone who loves good meat
