Panera Bread

The salad wasn't as fresh as other salads I've had at Panera Bread. This is the only time I've been disappointed with my food at Panera Bread. The service was friendly and the location was very clean.

The customer service is always Stellar however the food is hit-or-miss for me. The last time I went there I ventured out and got a breakfast sandwich. I opened it up and there was maple syrup all over the bag it got all over my clothes the sandwich itself was horrible. Just one example of a time I had to take my food back. It's starting to happen a little bit too often I'm going to give it a break for a while.

The service was fine, though I had to wait 10 minutes while the one counter person helped two people in front of me. Are employees at Panera not cross trained? The food was very good, but the generously-sized dining room could use a good cleaning. I've been here for 30 minutes and I haven't seen a single employee mop the floor, vacuum or sweep the carpet, clean the bathroom, or wipe down obviously dirty tables and chairs. This particular Panera used to be a really nice place, but my past two visits here displayed a restaurant with a different culture. New management perhaps?

Great food. Kinda pricey but worth it in my opinion! Drive thru moves pretty fast!

Horrible location and I mean horrible in every sense. If not for the retarded intersection and the 1/4 mi of soccer moms that can't seem to understand going further to the bottom exit is easier and probably safer it might not be as awful, but I generally just avoid the entire plaza unless I go to Kohl's.
