    Not normally a fast food guy but was traveling and wanted a quick snack in Ripley WV. The restaurant and facilities were very clean and the food was hot and fresh. Wendy's does a nice job in that niche.

    Good Wendy's. Clean restaurant with fast service. We came with a group of 20 and the staff didn't miss a beat. We were followed by a bus and everyone was waited on quickly. My Southwest Chicken Avocado salad was perfect. Had a good stop here.

    Clean area, cheerful employees. One experience. The one before was dreadful. However, still clean but one employee messed up orders and exclaimed she hadn't slept in 3 days...very unprofessional.

    Good food. Good service. Friendly staff. Only problem is that I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and they didn't tell me it would be a 10-15 minute wait until after I paid. They were very apologetic though and helpful.
