Always on point. Wish they were cheaper but man they are great. Suck it up, pay up and you will have a incredible day because your belly is full of so much yumminess. Everything on the menu is good, you can't go wrong here.

This particular Arby's location is part of a travel spot, on the outskirts of Charleston, West Virginia. Attached is a gas station, which held the only restroom. I feel it's very inconvenient to have to walk through Arby's, through the front of the gas station, around to nearly the rear of the store, then have to wait on line because there's only 1 ladies & 1 mens room. The quality of our food was like every other Arby's, pretty good for fast good. The order was correct as well as hot. Arby's would do well to figure out a way to add their own rest rooms so their patrons would not be inconvenienced.

I purchased the two gyro special. And ordered a sweet tea. Through the drive-thru. Fast service through the drive-thru but the sweet tea ended up being just tea, not sweet tea. The customer service was friendly I've seen the older lady there several times on my visits. And has always greeted me with a smile and friendly customer service. As for the sweet tea not being sweet. It could had been the result of a Mean Bean Monster Energy drink that I had a little prior to the visit. So it actually could have had been sweet. Henceforth the five stars.
