Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The food is delicious and always fresh. The customer service from the workers to Management is excellent, very friendly, and quick. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is a good one and notice when we've not been in for a while. That lets me know they care about their customers.

50x better than KFC no question. The chicken is nice and meaty, not fatty like several other chicken establishements, and it has a great spicy taste that leaves you wanting more. I stopped by with my son and father earlier this week and we all had a really great time. Their sweet rolls were a huge surprise! I never expected them to be so good. The friendly staff, good food, and clean dining area made this place a huge W.

Appears to be fairly new. Our food was fresh and hot. I did watch as the last 12 or so fries were chased around to fill an order. I was thinking, 'she shouldn't serve those.' The store was clean, the server was new. I'll go back.

Poor Bojangles. I think they opened too many stores too quickly in the region. And they're doing pretty much everything right. The store is always clean, the food almost always tastes fresh (I've been given a hockey puck biscuit a few times), and the staff and service times are good. So if you want a good meal with no wait, this is ya place.
