Chili's Grill & Bar

I really only order online and pick up from here. The restaurant is always clean when I go in to pick up my order, and I'm always greeted by friendly staff. I feel like there isn't much variety on their menu, it's rare that they add new things. However, they have a great rewards program. I regularly get coupons for free appetizers, desserts, and kid's meals (which is one of the cheapest ways to order). I definitely recommend signing up for their reward program! I'll order like $20 of food and pay around $10 for it because of the coupons. It's worth it!

We went here before a graduation ceremony at the Civic Center here in Charleston. Our waitress was wonderful and constantly checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. The food was well cooked and good atmosphere. Good experience.

I was in here to eat dinner and loved it our waiter was the best even tho he hadnt been there long he knew everything about the menu. Made us feel comfortable. He made sure my food was allergen free. Will definately come back again and we hope Jason is our waiter again

Food is good, but service is very poor. Seems no matter when you come there is a wait, even when the place is practically empty. Their online wait list never works. Today it said now seating and there was a substantial line when we got there. Staff doesn't have an answer as to why. Restrooms are horrible. Good thing the food is good and reasonably priced or this place would never make it.
