(March 1, 2019, 5:40 am)Jimmy John's on Capitol Street in downtown Charleston is perhaps the best place for huge and delicious sandwiches. Get a small size on your choice of baguette, white or fresh whole grain bread because the large is over a foot long.
You may enjoy your meal at a table or booth inside, or take your food out.
Don't miss this place when in the downtown area. No alcoholic drinks are sold. The place is clean and quiet. -

(August 30, 2018, 4:01 pm)The fastest and freshest sandwich in the Charleston, WV, downtown area. If you are in a hurry, but still want something fresh, go with Jimmy Johns. Their oatmeal and raisins cookie is a great option for a small desert.
Usually during week days there is no parking easily available nearby. Just a heads up if you’re driving. However, they do deliver to some areas in Charleston and it is fast.
