    Very clean. Well staffed. Food hot and fresh.

    Long line in drive-thru, (it was the after lunch rush, no big deal) so I went inside. Manager was doing his best to accommodate a very upset customer. I'm not sure what the original issue was, but customer didn't have a receipt. Mgr rang up what he said he ordered, and offered to let customer keep the food AND get a refund. Customer still complained loudly and became rude and irate. Manager remained cool, calm, and very polite, despite customer's bad behavior. Great job, Mr. Manager, sir!
