    Food was hot and they were fast and friendly. Way better than south ridge tbell

    Just went to the Toco Bell close to Patrick Street Charleston WV. Very polite employees our food was great. We are an older couple and hadn’t been there for awhile. I like eating food that’s good and I didn’t waste my money. Very pleased with our visit.
