(May 4, 2019, 3:06 pm)If you're are looking for a healthier option in a land of fried fast food, this is the place. Let's face it... West Virginia isn't known for their healthy living. In my opinion Mexican food is pretty healthy overall if you order the right thing. After my workout at my hotel across the street, I would walk over to La Carreta for a chicken fajita. White chicken, veggies and a couple tortillas. They know how to do it right here. It was a great find in a place where I thought I would have to eat McDonald's every day.
